The Story of the Leaves

So it was fall, just a few short weeks ago. The leaves were turning and we had lovely weather. It felt like it happened overnight. The leaves fell, almost all at once. It's hard to decide which part of fall I like best, the leaves turning color on the tree or the leaves on the ground to scoop up and play in. The kids, I can tell you, love the latter of the two. Jumping in and playing in the leaves is something they look forward to as soon as they see the first leaf turn red. Tay might love it in part because he knows his birthday is just around the corner once those leaves fall. Either way, I love fall.  Love it.
