So this weekend we traveled 11 hours in our sweet van to Kansas City, MO to hang out with our good friends James and Liz and their little boys Jack and Max. It was a long drive but was worth every second on the road. Taylor had a blast riding four-wheelers, walking in the woods, checking out the local wildlife (Possums to be exact), and roasting "shmarshmallows" but the bonfire. Liz and I got to gossip about everything reality TV has to offer and James and Chris had male bonding time by cutting down trees and setting stuff on fire. Even though there were some small mishaps like me breaking their shower head, Taylor stinking up Jack's room with a poopy diaper and Taylor doing a small flip off the four-wheeler, we're hoping to be invited back!
